Lucia Mezcal Set

Because this set is crafted from authentic, porous clay, it requires special care compared to standard glassware to prevent cracking or unwanted flavors:

Season it first: Before using the set for the first time, submerge the pieces in clean, lukewarm water for about 10–15 minutes, then let them air-dry completely. This conditions the clay.

Hand wash only: Never put clay barware in the dishwasher. Wash it by hand using warm water and a soft brush or sponge.

Skip the soap: Avoid chemical dish soaps. Because the clay is porous, it can absorb the soap and make your next pour of mezcal taste like perfume. If you need an abrasive for stuck-on residue, use a tiny bit of baking soda mixed with water.

Dry completely: Always let the pieces air-dry entirely in a well-ventilated area before stacking them or putting them away in a cabinet to prevent moisture from getting trapped.
